Riley Keough

American actress Danielle Riley Keough. She was born in Santa Monica to Danny Keough and Lisa Marie Presley. She is the grandchild of Elvis Presley, actress, and singer. Keough was born in Hawaii by her father, as well as living in Los Angeles by her mother. Keough also spent time in California as well as Tennessee with her mother. At the age of 15 she began modeling, including appearances in fashion shows with Dolce & Gabbana and Christian Dior and being featured on the cover of Vogue. Keough made her debut in feature films when she was 20 years old, appearing in a supporting part in the musical biopic The Runaways (2010), playing Marie Currie. After The Good Doctor (2011) she starred in Jack & Diane (2012). She was then cast as a small part in Steven Soderbergh’s comedy Magic Mike (2012). In 2012, Keough appeared in Yellow and Kiss of the Damned. She was then in the action film Mad Max: Fury Road (2015). This was the fourth film in the Mad Max series. In 2016, Keough had her breakthrough role as a law student-turned-escort in the first season of the anthology series The Girlfriend Experience, executive-produced by Soderbergh and based on his 2009 film of the same name. The performance was praised by the critics and was nominated for the Golden Globe Award for Best Performance of an Actress in a TV Limited Series or Motion Picture. Keough's subsequent performance as a wayward young woman in the drama American Honey (2017) earned her further acclaim, including an Independent Spirit Award nomination for Best Supporting Female. The same year, Keough starred the apocalyptic horror film It Comes at Night (2017) as well as reuniting with Soderbergh to appear in his heist film Logan Lucky. In 2018, she was a star in several thrillers and horror movies, including Lars von Trier's The House That Jack Built The House That Jack Built, the Neo-Noir Under the Silver Lake and Hold the Dark. In 2019, Keough starred as the main character in the psychological horror film The Lodge, followed by an additional leading role in the comedy-drama Zola (2020). Keough is the character Sandy Harrison, Netflix's 2020 release The Devil All the Time.
