Piper Perabo
Piper Perabo is a Golden Globe nominated
stage, film and television actor. Her birthplace was in Dallas and was raised
in New Jersey. Coyote Ugly was her breakout role. Since then she has been in
films such as Christopher Nolan's "The Prestige" with Hugh Jackman
and Christian Bale, "Because I Said So" with Diane Keaton and
"First Snow", with Guy Pearce, "Cheaper by the Dozen" films
starring Steve Martin, "Imagine Me and You" with Lena Heady and
Matthew Goode and the crime thriller "10th & Wolf" featuring
an ensemble cast including James Marsden and Dennis Hopper. Perabo was in the
film alongside Bruce Willis (with Joseph Gordon Levitt), Emily Blunt and Jeff
Daniels in Rian John's sci-fi action film "Looper". In television
Perabo appeared as Annie Walker in all 5 seasons of USA Network's spy thriller
"Covert Affairs." She also appeared in ABC's legal drama
"Notorious" in 2016. The show will air on Netflix as "Turn Up
Charlie" in which she is starring alongside IdrisElba. She made her
Broadway debut in Neil LaBute's controversial show "Reasons to be
Pretty" which was nominated to the Tony award for the best play. Apart
from her work on the stage and screen, Perabo is also an activist. Perabo is an
International Rescue Committee Voice to help people who have been forced to
relocate due to persecution, war or oppression from the political. Piper lives
in Los Angeles, New York City. Graduated from Toms River (NJ) High School North
class of 1994. At high school, she was in four yearly musicals. Senior year , she
was Katie in Me in St. Louis, junior year she played Cousin Fan as well as Lady
Brighton in Mame; sophomore year she was Lady Brighton and Lady Brighton
respectively. And in freshman year she was a choreographer and dancer in How to
Succeed In Business Without Really Trying. She was also the high school
president of the National Honor Society, and she was also the editor for
Polaris the school's literary journal. She was also an Marinerettes dancer in
high school football games.
